What do you require for deposit?

Typically we require half the total amount to secure your date. So, if your total was $1100 then your deposit would be $550.

Do you take requests? Can I make a playlist and give it to you?

As long as we have cellular service on our phone or a connection to Wi-Fi, we can play as many requests as you can make. We actually recommend to all of our clients to build a Spotify playlist or multiple. Spotify is free and easy to use for building a reception, dinner, or even cocktail playlist.

How can I get you the list of formal dances like mother son, father daughter, etc?

We provide a wedding playlist guide that has specific instances like bouquet toss, walking down the aisle, and even exit song. All you have to do is fill in the blanks on what songs you want with each instance!

What time will you arrive on the day of the event?

The contract states that we will arrive at least an hour before the start of the event but typically we get there 1.5-2 hours before to make sure everything is set up and running properly.

Are your packages customizable? If I want one piece from a higher package can I add that on?

Our packages are completely customizable! You can mix and match to your heart’s content and we will be happy to quote you for your unique combination.

Can we extend your services during the event?

Yes! You can ask us to extend our services an extra hour or three depending on what you need. Extra hours are subject to availability and pricing varies per DJ.

Do you provide sound for Ceremony and Reception?

Yes, we can provide sound for ceremony and reception. Typically for ceremony we will break off a part of our main reception set up to provide music and microphones for ceremony.

Can we coordinate specific start or stop times on songs for formal dances like first dance or father daughter?

Absolutely! We encourage you to let us know if you want to dance to the whole song or just want to hear one chorus, we can accommodate either. Even if you have a choreographed dance we ask that you can provide us the audio track but we can absolutely play it.

How much space do you need for your setup and how much power will you need?

Depending on what your venue looks like, we can bring the 6ft table or 4ft table and the speakers on either side typically take up about 2 feet each, so I generally recommend giving us 8ft-10ft in clearance. We normally set up in a corner just fine but can be shifted all around. Orientations vary. For power, we only require one wall outlet plug. Our power conditioners take care of the rest.

When do you need my final payment?

We ask that the final payment is made on the date of your event prior to the start of the event. We also take early final payments and some gigs can easily be paid in full.

Do you have insurance and can you send proof of that over to my venue?

We do have liability insurance for our business. I am happy to have our agents send proof directly to the venue manager.
